We just got our NEW roof installed by Paramount Roofing & absolutely love it! The process from start to finish was seamless. Dave was going door-to-door and offering free roof inspections so I said yes. Then, Don came to inspect the roof and my husband and I really liked how knowledgeable and thorough he was. The crew that installed our new roof were great! They did it in 1 day and they were very tidy, considerate of our landscape & yard items. Then, Scott (Store Manager) came by that evening to make sure that we were satisfied and picked up any debris that was left behind. Plus, Paramount Roofing just opened up a NEW office in Plymouth! We like to support people/companies within our community. It was a Win/Win! I highly recommend Paramount Roofing for your next roof.

In January of this year I experienced a chimney leak which, left untreated, would have ruined my new fireplace insert. The company that had reroofed in 2023 would not be available until Spring! Paramount responded and worked a fix that helped but was not the real solution. They returned in July for more adequate solution. No extra charge! Fingers are crossed for when those ice dams show up. But I have nothing but praise for the effort and persistence and caring concern showed to me.

Paramount Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the sales person Justin, to Austin, Dave and team were very professional. No pressure to buy. Completely done from tear off, installation and clean up all done in one day! Roof looks great. Thank you all at Paramount.

From start to finish, Paramount exceeded my expectations. This was my first roof replacement and I am very pleased with how professional and easy this process was with Paramount.Jimmy was very easy to speak with during the sales process, worked with me on all of my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote. Both Tony and Russ from the office side of things were also fantastic with communication and planning.The crew arrived right on time and began work right away. They replaced the roof of the house and the garage all in the same day. They laid tarps over garden areas and plywood over windows and doors. Clean up was great, but the next day there were more nails around than I expected. Considering how many nails were actually pulled out of the old roof, though, I think the number I found is completely acceptable. Especially since the dumpster was in a fixed location all day long. The dumpster was left in the driveway overnight, but it was promptly picked up the next day.Phil, the project manager, was also fantastic to work with during the install. Very professional and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He put on some finishing touches the next day and brought the magnet sweeper around when I mentioned I had found nails.I also received gutter replacement on the house and gutter installation on the garage. That project was done by a third party, but it was scheduled through Paramount and the team that came out was fantastic as well. They were in and out within a couple hours.All in all, would highly recommend Paramount for roofing needs!
